The redesign of the school website provided an opportunity to test my web development skills while creating a fresh, modern look. This project served as a creative exercise without the intention of official implementation.
The core of the project involved developing the website using Nuxt.js, a powerful framework for Vue.js known for its flexibility and SEO-friendliness. I employed TailwindCSS for styling, which allowed for rapid implementation of a consistent and customizable design. The development process consisted of multiple iterations, with a continuous emphasis on responsive design.
Despite being new to web development, the main challenge was not the technical setup, but rather developing an efficient and well-structured website. My focus was on creating reusable components that would facilitate later maintenance and expansion. This project significantly deepened my understanding of website architecture.
The school homepage redesign was an excellent opportunity to sharpen my skills as a web developer and give back by creating a modern, appealing user interface for my alma mater's website. This project showcases my commitment to lifelong learning and my enthusiasm for the latest web technologies.
